Connecting Communities Through Design
Public Health Week 2024 celebrated the vital role public health professionals play in communities across Richmond City and Henrico County. This year, the focus was on showcasing the widespread impact of the health districts' efforts.
I created a custom-designed map illustration that combined the geography of Richmond City and Henrico County into one image. These designs illustrated the unity and dedication of those working to promote health equity across the community. Each slide series, designed for social media, allow users to swipe through and explore individual stories of some of our favorite colleagues. These stories highlight each person's contribution to public health, why they do it, and where they are each day.
